Our streamlined process ensures that if your fashion choice isn't a perfect match, finding the right fit or style is effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all tags intact back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
