2 Inch Fiberglass Festival Ball Mortar Tubes - 10 Pack

Fiberglass mortar tubes for festival balls. 2" inside diameter x 13" long, approximately 3/16" wall with a heavy duty plug in the bottom. ID varies plus or minus .02". Assorted colors--may not be the same as the photograph.

Used to launch consumer fireworks festival ball shells ("artillery shells," "reloadables") with less than 2-inch outside diameter.

Fiberglass is cheaper and lighter than HDPE. Our fiberglass mortars are made in China and are color-coded to make it easier to keep track of them when loading fireworks. If a shell detonates in a fiberglass mortar, the tube tends to shred and tear, and is much safer than metal tubes or PVC (which should never be used in fireworks, because it can produce dangerous shrapnel).
